Legend Construction & Development, LLC is a General Contracting and Development company whose managers have over 60 years of combined experience as general contractors, developers, construction managers, and design builders.

Our specialties include Custom Homes, Multifamily, additions, major multi-room remodels, interior and exterior renovations, as well as new single family and multi-family design build. We also have experience in pre-construction services and land development for single family homes, for sale multi-family homes, and apartments.

Meet the Team

Jeff Lindsay

Jeff is a highly experienced founder and partner of Legend Construction & Development, with 25 years of expertise in commercial and multi-family construction. A Douglas County native, Jeff's career is marked by his creative approach to design and construction, alongside his exceptional skills in project and corporate construction management. He studied architecture at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, which laid the foundation for his innovative mindset in the construction industry.

Jeff has earned a stellar reputation in the Colorado construction community through his work in leadership positions at top companies. His career includes serving as Vice President of Construction and Customer Care at Beazer Homes, Area Construction Manager for DR Horton, Trimark Series (Denver Division), President of Construction for Sovereign Homes of Colorado, and Project Manager at JPI Construction in Denver. Known for his ability to seamlessly blend creativity with technical expertise, Jeff’s leadership has consistently resulted in the successful delivery of high-quality, complex projects

Rob Daihl

Rob Daihl's career in the construction industry began in high school as a Land Surveyor, sparking a lifelong passion for the field. He later earned a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, setting the stage for his professional journey. Rob's first major role was as an Assistant Superintendent at Sovereign Homes of Colorado, where he contributed to multifamily projects and forged key relationships with industry leaders Jeff and Gale.

His expertise deepened during his tenure as a Project Manager with Sprocket Design Build in Denver. Over four years, Rob successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including townhomes, mixed-use condo/commercial developments, and high-end custom homes across notable neighborhoods like Hilltop, the Highlands, and Wash Park. This experience fueled his passion for modern architecture and honed his ability to oversee complex, high-quality builds.

After reconnecting with Jeff and Gale, Rob joined Legend Construction & Development, where he now specializes in luxury custom homes, creative additions, and remodeling. With a strong foundation in both design and project management, Rob brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovative vision to every project he leads, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction

Gale Pipkin

Gale Pipkin was one of the original founders of Legend Construction & Development, where his leadership and expertise have been integral to the company’s success. Born in Kingman, Kansas, Gale earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from Kansas State College in 1974. Following this, he served as a combat engineer officer in the United States Marine Corps until 1977, exemplifying discipline and dedication that would carry over into his professional endeavors.

Gale’s career began with Wood Brothers Homes, where he honed his skills in the building industry. His expertise and entrepreneurial spirit led him to positions at Property Company of America and as the founder of Sunburst Builders. His legacy at Legend Construction & Development until his departure in 2022 is a testament to his unwavering commitment to quality and innovation in the building industry.
